Great slicer! This was a no-brainer buy after seeing the videos and I'm glad I got it, even with my too-small and overcluttered kitchen. I noticed we were still going out or ordering in because "we don't have anything thawed", and eating out has become expensive again.
Why four stars? It has great, good, and almost-good/room for improvement parts.
Amazing how often I use this. Turns even cheapest cuts of meat into gourmet slices that taste amazing!!! Wonderful investment. Now I just buy any meats on sale, toss in freezer, and slice away at my own pace!! Highly recommend.

Perfect arrived earlier, it is already the second purchase. I love this slicer It took my meat prep time down from a good 30-45 min to a few minutes. It is super easy to take apart and clean. You just have to be very careful that blade is very sharp.
